The first chapter speaks to the book and to the main theme of the book, which is a vote decision making method. My background is law enforcement, including legal instruction in that environment. This is the beginning of a tried and true, United States Supreme Court sanctioned and required, approach to being reasonable in evaluating and articulating information and conditions to a level of reliability that can be trusted. Police officers do this every day and then defense attorneys, trial judges, and appellate judges spend months and years arguing over the "probable cause" decision. This chapter begins teaching the "probable cause" concept, in a fun and relaxing way.
