Ronald Reagan revealed his ideological motivation in a famed speech given on October 27, 1964: "The Founding Fathers knew a government can't control the economy without controlling people. And they knew when a government sets out to do that, it must use force and coercion to achieve its purpose. So we have come to a time for choosing.”
Many years ago, Winston Churchill stated about Russia, "It is a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma." The same could be said of Barak Obama. His past and his record is a mulit-level, multi-depth, manipulated, and obfuscated mystery. Many books have been written by him and about him, and many claims have been made. This creates confusion, and attacks, and talking points, and spin. The resulting confusion is good if you try to make something of youself different than what you are. The difficulty for people trying to separate information out which allows some reasonable approach to determining what is true, how much is true, and how they can best make a real determination about Obama, is fully intended by him, and his king makers, it clearly appears. What he was unable to obfuscate he simply asserts that he is above answering.
The Competing Interests
The competing interests are not the two candidates, but rather for purposes of the book they are Barak Obama, who would like to be President of the United States (POTUS), and the United States; America, itself. Since the competing interests are imbalanced we need to set up some premises. The first is that Obama is one individual with a desire. The desire to be POTUS is not a right but something Obama wants. That desire or want, when weighed against America, pales when one considers that the absolute rights of 300,000,000 people, and the dreams of hundreds of millions more around the world, may well disappear if the wrong person, or the wrong government, gains power.
The Analytical Process of Determining
The author's background is law enforcement involving years of investigation, and teaching statutory and constitutional law. It is a combining of these two areas of education, training, and experience, plus a background in history, political science, and public administration that leads me to explore this very critical election at this time and under current national and world conditions. I am using a legally based approach which I believe clearly allows a legally sustainable level of conclusion which is strongly defensible. The process I use is based first, on the legal concept of "probable cause", considering all aspects of information, sources and relationships accepted for consideration by state and federal courts up to, and including, the United States Supreme Court.
There are thousands of cases and tens of thousands of pages on the subject and stare decisis is strongly well set. It is with this approach that I have set out in the book I have written, and am selling here, that Senator Barak Obama is unfit for the opportunity, and thus the position of POTUS. He is unqualified for numerous reasons, and there is strong "probable cause" to believe that America with Obama as President, and the Democratic Party marching with him, very likely will render an America unrecognizable in a very few years. I am not concerned about political parties or individuals, but rather the survival of a free America.
My Conclusions
I fully anticipate that I will be viciously attacked and sacked by those who put power and politics (really one and the same) ahead of their freedom loving country. If enough of you read through the book and agree with what I have presented in the book, and the basis for the conclusions, it will be like a roaring fire in a tinder dry forest. I hope that is your conclusion because America is sorely at risk, and I believe you will find that as your conclusion.Whether you have made up your mind on a candidate or not, you will be more certain in what you are doing. My investigation and writing have really reinforced the imperative for vigilance we all need to keep.
